Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
No, this isn't referring to that ICP. An ideal customer profile in marketing and sales describes the attributes of the customers who are likely to need your product or services and would therefore be a very good fit for becoming a customer. For example, if you're a B2B company, your ICP might describe the number of employees, industry and revenues of other businesses that would have a need for your product.
Use your ICP to properly target marketing and sales activities to the right kinds of prospects.
