Lead Scoring
The process of assigning a score to a lead or prospect based on its fit with a set of predefined criteria. For example, a lead could earn a higher score if that contact had downloaded a marketing whitepaper or attended a webinar, opened one or more sales outreach emails, visited certain web pages, etc…
