Sales Development Representative (SDR)
A sales development rep (SDR) is an entry-level sales specialist who focuses on finding or qualifying new prospects, establishing early prospect relationships, and populating the sales pipeline with new leads for AEs. In some cases, SDRs set calendar appointments for AEs after qualifying a new lead.
