Advanced round robin optimizations
Advanced round robin techniques help larger or more complex sales teams deal with the imbalances that come with a simple round robin approach. For example, how do you handle a ramping rep who is just getting started and doesn't currently have anything to work? What happens if some reps have more leads than they can reasonably work? What happens when a rep isn't available?
In many cases, a simple round robin method will need some modifications to work most effectively. These situations call for more advanced round robin techniques like load balancing, weighting and capacity capping to ensure all reps have fairly distributed books.
